My name is Dave Marshall I am one of the owners of APlus Property Services.  We are a full service property service company specializing on curb appeal for home owners, landlords, and agents.  We also provide full turnkey management/maintenance solutions to apartments and mobile home communities. While we are a new company we come with over 25 years experience in management and maintenance of homes and apartments.
